Job Description As part of the HR Operations team, the HR Project Manager leads and manages the delivery of key HR projects within our organization.
This includes the planning, executing, and monitoring of HR projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Job Duties ? Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
? Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
? Coordinate and lead project team members, including HR professionals and external vendors.
? Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
? Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
? Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
? Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and reports.
? Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial targets are met.
? Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
? Learn and serve as a subject matter expert in HR System including building profiles and groups, granting access, custom reporting, utilizing for program management (performance, succession, engagement, etc.
), and other as needed.
Education Requirements ? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or 6 years of experience in HR project management in a medium to large organization.
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR project management in a medium to large organization ? Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Skills and Abilities ? Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
? Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
? Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences, including executive-level leaders ? Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and risks.
? Ability to manage budgets and financial targets.
? Experience in change management and managing resistance to change is preferred.
? Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including:
? Intermediate/Advanced experience creating executive-level presentations utilizing MS PowerPoint ? Intermediate/Advanced experience with MS Excel including basic formulas, lookup, pivot tables, data validation, creating charts/graphs, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
