9K a year Welcome to Hytrol Careers The Manager of Training and Development is responsible for curating and implementing Hytrol's DRIVE Academy training and leadership development programs.
Together with the Chief Development Officer, they will work on growing and communicating the DRIVE Academy curriculum throughout Hytrol.
The Manager will lead the training and development team by setting performance metrics, evaluating productivity, and managing learning solutions, to help department leaders create long-term career plans within the organization for our employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Plan the overall execution of Hytrol's DRIVE Academy including all internal employee training offerings.
Work with the department to track and grow employee development enterprise-wide.
Adjust the training sessions when necessary to maintain the highest level of training for Hytrol employees.

Research, communicate and coordinate the annual calendar for all external employee training offerings authorized by Hytrol's leadership team.
Performing these functions throughout the year to ensure a well thought out plan during the annual budget process.

Work with the employee training team to develop materials specific to subject matter of each internal training session.
Along with tracking the training progress of each employee and session.

Coordinate and execute the career path program with guidance of the Chief Development Officer.
5.
Work with the training team to develop and plan the online components within Hytrol's DRIVE Academy.
6.
Work with the Chief Development Officer to coordinate and execute the Hytrol DRIVE Academy Immersion Programs throughout the appropriate areas within Hytrol.
7.
Coordinate the duties and activities of the employees within the Employee Training and Development department.
8.
Coordinate the maintenance of records for training attendance, feedback and other pertinent statistics and report to the Chief Development Officer on a monthly basis.
9.
Provide support to additional sites' Employee Training and Development teams.
10.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
