We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team.
As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.
This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs - Perform general maintenance tasks such as air filter replacement, spraying for insects, various maintenance requests - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities such as completing work orders and logging labor hours in system - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Experience:
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
