Consistent and mindful growth and improvement Position Summary As GPS continues our exponential growth throughout the United States, we are currently seeking a RCM Operations Support Manager to join the GPS team.
The chosen candidate will focus on RCM departmental operations, ensuring that teams are working effectively to contribute to the organization's strategic goals.
This role will manage the operational and fiscal activities of the RCM department and establish policies, standards, and practices.
The Manager will provide guidance for his/her direct reports ensuring their efforts are aligned with the organization's goals.
The Director will establish and communicate the short and long-term objectives of the department to the executive team, peers, and team members.
The RCM Operations Support Manager will ensure proactive, efficient, results-driven, and cost-effective revenue cycle management; manage the RCM Operations Support team for the related functions, and identify and correct operating issues to maximize success for our dental practices.
Position Responsibilities ? Direct and manage the daily operation of the RCM Operations team to ensure all claims are followed up on and resolved accurately and timely and all payments are posted correctly.
? Create and implement plans to meet and exceed key performance metrics benchmarks for all partner practices.
? Review and approve policies and procedures for the department.
? Monitor mission critical issues.
? Responsible for hiring and staffing decisions of direct reports and key positions within the department.
? Reporting ? Design and compile periodic revenue cycle reports for management to include analysis of revenue and RCM activity.
? Focus efforts on trending analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc requests.
? Review denial management reporting and collaborate on improvements.
? Participating in partner practice management.
? Collaborate with Operations leaders in the management of practice relations.
? Supply oversight and accountability on service delivery.
? Plan for future growth and capabilities.
? Performing other administrative related duties as required.
Professional Experience/Qualifications ? In-depth knowledge of processes and workflows in an enterprise healthcare environment, dental highly preferred ? Demonstrated leadership and training skills, with the ability to impact staff performance positively.
? Results-driven approach, setting measurable goals for self and the team and holding self and others accountable to achieving success ? Expertise in dental billing, front office, physician practice management, and healthcare business processes.
? Comprehensive understanding of the full revenue cycle process for claim submission, dental insurance policies, collections ? Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment with multiple competing/rapidly changing priorities Compensation Highly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and annual performance bonus.
