Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers and outside sales reps organizations to provide support and information on products and orders.
Contacts customers to inform them of orders received and upcoming promotions.
Collects and enters orders for company's products and customers shipping requirements.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong Customer Interaction experience in manufacturing.
Excellent communication skills including patience.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and
Experience:
College degree preferred.
High school diploma required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
