(CUSI), a national leader in utility management software and technology services, is currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will contribute to the goals of the Customer Success Department ai CUSI:
Long-term customer relationship management Brand and product promotion Discovery and alignment of customer goals with CUSI products and services Proactive problem resolution In the role of Customer Success Specialist, you will help to improve the overall experience of CUSI customers by maintaining long-term business relationships and serving as an internal advocate and client liaison.
As a CS Specialist, you will be communicating effectively with both internal and external management to understand customer needs, maximize growth and communicate learnings.
Organizing and coordinate administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities also include developing intra-office protocols, streamlining administrative procedures and inventory control.
Specific duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Triages Customer Success line and calls Update annual maintenance date updates in Zendesk Update software version number updates in Zendesk Update organizations that complete implementation in Zendesk Reconcile locations/users monthly from QB in ZD Update additional purchases from sales agreements as they come in Implementation status Create CUSI Academy users' logins 30/60/90 Day Calls Act as an executive assistant to the president of the company as needed Plan, coordinate, set up, and clean up company events Annual budgets approved:
departmental, team building, breakroom/kitchen Reconcile receipts for credit card purchases Order bill forms for customers Coordinate new bill setups Bill form markups/invoicing Coordinate free virtual trainings Required technical skills shall include:
Direct work experience in the Microsoft Office Product Line specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Knowledge of the software industry and Utility and Local Government sectors are a significant plus.
