The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of hospitality, hospitality management, and or customer service.
The Hotel Manager will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including guest relations, property maintenance, food and beverage service, and front desk operations.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of customer service to our guests.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the hotel's operations.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and health standards at the hotel.
Ensure that compliance with local, state, and federal regulations are met.
Ensure that compliance with all HACCP guidelines is met at all times during HACCP training.
Ensure compliance with all OSHA, EPA, and local regulations regarding worker safety.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding worker safety.
Ensure that compliance with all local ordinances regarding parking, lighting, and access to property.
Ensure that adherence to required signs and entrance standards during HACCP training.
Ensure adherence to required signs and lighting standards during HACCP training.
Ensure that adherence to required OSHA guidelines during HACCP training.
Assist in the planning of daily operations to meet guest expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management that pertain to the position description above.

Responsible for meeting daily gross volume targets for meeting budgeted revenue levels for rooms, suites and public spaces revenue levels as well as ensuring that these targets are met daily; ensuring that these levels are maintained within budget; reviewing daily revenue levels; reviewing daily occupancy levels; monitoring turnover; monitoring room turnover; ensuring that elevators are fully staffed at all times; ensuring that lobby area is fully staffed at all times; monitoring elevator usage; ensuring that public areas are fully staffed at all times; ensuring that staff is on-site during off hours when necessary; monitoring guest satisfaction; communicating changes in occupancy or satisfaction in a timely manner with management; coordinating public space amenities as needed; maintaining hotel records as requested by management; assisting in planning public space amenities as needed; scheduling maintenance work as needed; maintaining parking lot area as needed; ensuring grounds are accessible at all times during day shift hours; enforcing policies on grounds maintenance as needed; cleaning and sanitizing hotel rooms daily as needed; maintaining inventory of supplies throughout the hotel as needed; assisting in other areas of operations as needed.
