The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an enthusiastic phone manner, be coachable, and be detail-oriented.

Requirements:
? High school diploma ? Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience ? Knowledge of dental procedure codes and insurance coverage ? Team and goal-oriented ? Excellent communication skills ? Proficient data entry skills Duties include:
? Consistently providing an excellent patient experience via telephone and in person ? Filing Insurance claims, posting insurance and patient payments ? Managing accounts receivable ? Verifying insurance information and benefits for scheduled patients ? Managing relationships with Insurance companies ? Presenting treatment plans/collecting deposits Work Hours:
? Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm ? Friday 7am-3pm Job Type:
