JOB SUMMARY This position is primarily responsible for answering all incoming calls to the medical center switchboard, paging on the PA (public address system), paging on the pager unit, calling in on-call personnel, placing out-going calls for restricted departments, making guest room reservations, checking people into the Guest House and Auxiliary House and writing receipts.
