PURPOSE Employee will ensure that all buildings and facilities are maintained in a safe and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include but are not limited to:
filter changes, filter cleaning, cleaning and maintaining exhaust/intake fans, minor plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, minor fabrication, PM inspection of various systems within the facilities, assisting Maintenance Technicians, 6S activities, and other duties as assigned.
