Store Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for the management of a wide variety of facility maintenance duties throughout a large retail store.
The work will involve repairing and or replacing equipment used in a retail setting.
From mechanical, plumbing, electrical issues, and other areas as needed.
The Store Maintenance Technician will exercise discretionary judgment and analysis in most situations.
General direction will be given by the Maintenance Technician to outside contractors.

Thorough knowledge of acceptable maintenance and repair in all areas of building maintenance.
Knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in maintenance of HVAC Knowledge of issues and topical repairs for Roofs.
Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
Skill in analyzing a problem and arriving at a reasonable and economical solution.
Construction project management or facilities project management or related field.
Familiarity with maintenance management software, like Service Channel or Corrigo.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
Recommended Skills Hvac Maintenance Microsoft Office Plumbing Project Management Retailing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
