They collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, production supervisors, and department heads, to identify skill gaps, analyze training needs, and implement effective solutions.
By fostering a culture of learning and development, they contribute to improved employee performance, increased productivity, and overall company success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Partner with stakeholders to identify critical skills and knowledge gaps across different departments.
2.
Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
3.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, identifying their impact on training needs.
4.
Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with identified needs and business objectives.
5.
Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and interactive training experiences.
6.
Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, simulations, and e-learning modules.
7.
Select and implement appropriate training methods, considering cost-effectiveness and learner preferences.
8.
Deliver training programs in various formats, including classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
9.
Utilize effective facilitation and instructional techniques to maximize learning outcomes.
10.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
11.
Maintain training documentation and records.
12.
Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
13.
Stay informed about emerging training technologies and methodologies as well as a strong business acumen.
14.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new training initiatives.
15.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive training approach.

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Training and Development or equivalent experience in Adult Facilitation, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Training and Development role, preferably in a manufacturing setting Experience with engineering-to-order manufacturing environments is a plus Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to develop engaging and interactive training experiences Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training development software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Thank you for visiting our careers page.
