Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.
If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
-re-stocking the sales floor -Checking in freight, working in the warehouse - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends -must be able to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends -present and ready to work 15 minutes before store opening each day - stay until all closing duties are finished after the store is closed - will be times when required to come into work before opening and stay after closing if deemed necessary -daily tasks will change from time to time Skills:
-knowledge of hunting supplies -ability to work as a team and take initiative -ability to muti-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the sales floor - Organized -active listening -time management -positivity -leadership -adaptability -ability to lift 50lbs or more We offer competitive pay and benefits for this position.
