The Director of Professional Development and Workforce Training is responsible for assessing clients training needs and then creating new training programs based on that needs assessment. They have the general oversight of the marketing for all training programs provided by the Delta Center. This position also serves in the role of supervision over the technology training and supports the business incubation program. Bachelor''s degree in a business and/or education related field with 5 years of experience in related work.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
