Customer Service Representative

REPORTS TO: Department Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year product usage and / or equipment maintenance experience preferred.
DUTIES:
RENTAL:
Check rental equipment in and out.
Wash equipment as needed.
Perform inspections on rental equipment.
Maintain daily log and perform minor preventative maintenance to rental equipment.
Deliver rental equipment as needed.
Perform various safety related maintenance as needed.

PARTS:
Demonstrate acceptable Customer Service skills
Demonstrate proper operation of forklift
Prioritize orders with regard to shipping schedules
Process customer tickets with special attention to credit status and notes
Demonstrate use of paper flow in the department
Put up stock in adequately established locations
Process stock in adequately established locations
Test and fill batteries
Build hoses
Demonstrate use of Bill of Lading
Demonstrate shipping processes to Caterpillar and other vendors
Prepare package and documentation for shipping product by ground
service, air service, and special couriers
Research status of backordered parts
Conduct physical inventory
Demonstrate shipping procedures to customer drop box
Demonstrate use of manual locators
Demonstrate use of warehouse practices
Demonstrate use of Warehouse Menu Screen


Appearance:
Maintain a professional, business-like appearance at all times when representing the Company

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to exert 50 lbs. of force occasionally and 20 lbs. of force frequently
Position requires reaching, grasping, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, and standing
Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, for contact with customers and co-workers
Must be able to read and comprehend information received via computer terminal, specification reports, memos, and report

General and Other:
Must adhere to all company and department personnel policies and procedures

NOTES:
Position is subject to extended work hours and be on emergency call out rotation as business dictates.
Current and past performance in department assignments will be considered as a part of the selection process.
Transfers between departments are contingent upon realistic resolution of any vacancy caused by transfer from current department.
Duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

SALARY RANGE: Dependent upon experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
